All the data that we receive in the application is encrypted before send to our database. In the database, this data is stored anonymously, so that the data cannot be related to the user. For this reason, our employees cannot view personal data.
The user is ultimately responsible for his Paynote account. If desired, this account can be deleted at any time, with all data destroyed. Paynote strictly adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If there is a change in the law, this will also be applied in Paynote immediately.
All data collected by Paynote will not be sold to third parties, provided an agreement has been concluded with the user. Only analytical data that is not tied to the user can be offered to third parties.
